Homeschooling laws vary from state to state. You really should check with your statewide homeschooling organization. Most state organizations have their own legal department to answer questions for the membership. In fact, if you aren&#039;t already a member, I recommend you join one. They can be a terrific source of information, not to mention comfort.

As for Social Security, it is a federal program. Generally, kids with disablities are able to draw benefits but there are schooling regulations in order to qualify. Again each state is different.</description>
